Rates and destinations

PHLUR offers free standard shipping within the contiguous United States on orders of $60 or more. The published UPS SurePost option is $8, with an estimated delivery window of 3 to 10 business days. The exact available method, charge, and estimate for an order are shown at checkout before payment and take precedence for that purchase.

PHLUR currently ships within the United States and Canada, but does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight-forwarder addresses. Orders using unsupported destinations may be cancelled. Customers are responsible for supplying a complete, accurate delivery address at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Outside launches, promotions, holidays, and other high-volume periods, orders are generally processed within one business day. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may change because of carrier, weather, customs, address, or volume conditions. Tracking information is sent after a shipment is prepared.

Changes and delivery issues

Order modifications, address changes, and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order is submitted. For a damaged, missing, or incorrect shipment, contact support@phlur.com with the order number and clear photos. For a package the carrier marks delivered but that cannot be located, also contact the carrier directly so a delivery investigation can begin.
