Using the storefront

This PHLUR storefront is hosted by Shopify. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to use the site lawfully, provide current and accurate account, contact, delivery, and payment information, and protect your account credentials. You may not interfere with the storefront or its security, introduce malicious code, scrape or collect other people's information, send spam, impersonate another person, or use the site or its content to violate law or intellectual-property rights.

Products, prices, and orders

Products, quantities, descriptions, prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the storefront displays another currency. Taxes, shipping, and handling charges are added when applicable and are shown during checkout. An order may be limited, declined, cancelled, or corrected when inventory is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be confirmed, or fraud, resale, or misuse is reasonably suspected.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase and does not guarantee acceptance. Delivery dates are estimates. Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and Shipping Policy published on this storefront, including any product-specific exclusions or handling requirements.

Content and third-party services

The PHLUR name, product names, images, designs, text, and other storefront content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission. Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other service providers operate under their own terms and policies. Links or services provided by third parties do not transfer responsibility for those third parties to PHLUR.

Service availability and responsibility

The storefront and its content are provided on an as-available basis. Interruptions, errors, or delays may occur, and information may be corrected when an error is discovered. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To report an account or order issue, contact support@phlur.com.

Changes

These terms and related storefront policies may be updated as services, business practices, or legal requirements change. The version displayed when you use the storefront applies to that use, subject to rights already created by an accepted order.
